How it works

Three moves.
No guesswork.

Hold $SHARK. Earn SOL from settled fees. Pay for Shark Cards in $SHARK.

Hold through the period

Link a Solana wallet by signing a one-time message. That proves ownership; it never approves a transaction or token spending. Rewards use your time-weighted eligible balance across the whole period, so buying a minute before the cut-off barely moves your share.

Period startBalance × time heldPeriod end

Liquidity pools, exchange wallets, treasury and fee-authority accounts are excluded and never treated as members.

SHARKCARD · $SHARK

Get $SHARK.

Holding $SHARK in a linked wallet is what earns SOL rewards. You buy it from third parties into your own wallet. SHARKCARD never sells you tokens, never takes your card details and never holds your money.

Providers set their own fees, identity checks and country availability. Swaps can have price impact and slippage, and token transfers carry the disclosed transfer fee. Token prices can fall as well as rise and you can lose what you put in. Holding $SHARK doesn't guarantee any reward. This is not investment advice.

Apple Wallet

Balance in your pocket.

  1. Your card, on the web

The full-colour membership card lives on the site and in the app.

  2. Resolved into a Wallet pass

Apple Wallet shows a clean, flat pass with your $SHARK holdings, SOL rewards and membership reference.

  3. A view, not a wallet of money

The pass can't pay or redeem. Redemption always happens in the signed-in app.

Wallet pass ≠ Apple Pay. A rewards pass displays membership info. It does not turn SOL rewards or GTA$ into spendable money. A future payment card would need a regulated issuing partner and is shown in the app as planned, not live.

Reward funding

Every reward is backed.

SOL rewards are created only from fees that were actually collected and sold, never from trading volume, projections or unsold tokens. Funded rewards are never more than the SOL set aside for them.

Demo configuration — not a deployed contract
  • Token-2022 transfer fee: 2% (illustrative)
  • Holder share of net settled proceeds: 80%
  • Rewards paid in: SOL
  • Pending clearance: 72h · period length 7 days

Transfer fees apply to every transfer, not only trades, and stay in tokens until they are settled. Fee and withdrawal authorities are disclosed for the live mint before launch.
